The North Carolina Baseball Coaches Association (NCBCA) promotes baseball at all levels across the state, preserving its traditions, sportsmanship, and coaching standards. It advocates for high school coaches with the NCHSAA, selects the NC All-State Baseball Team (1A–4A), and hosts the NCBCA Convention, Hall of Fame, and Awards Banquet. Committed to fostering pride and community, the NCBCA strengthens the game of baseball in North Carolina.
